Hi, I’m Gal Hadar, a QA and Automation Engineer and aspiring
Game Designer with a deep love for story driven, immersive games.
I’ve spent over 3 years in the software industry as a QA engineer while steadily working toward my dream of joining the gaming industry. That journey led me to CG Spectrum’s Game Design program, where I studied everything from quest and level design to systems and narrative structure. I’ve gained invaluable industry insights that have shaped my approach to game design under my mentor Eric Jensen, Senior Staff Game Designer at PlayStation’s Sucker Punch Productions..

I’ve always been inspired by games like The Witcher 3, Ghost of Tsushima, God of War, Cyberpunk 2077, The Last of Us, Uncharted, Days Gone, games that leave a lasting emotional impact. Now I’m working on my own Unreal Engine 5 prototype, Project Moon, a dark fantasy adventure RPG where players step into the role of a secret order trying to purge a deadly curse. My focus is on designing compelling quests, reactive combat, and immersive gameplay systems, the kind that make a world feel truly alive.

My goal is simple: to help create games full of memorable moments, quests players talk about long after they finish, encounters that feel responsive and dynamic, and worlds that are worth getting lost in. All grounded in my belief that great game design means never settling for “just good enough” or "it works, it's fine", we need to deliver games at the highest quality, with the best standards.
