Quest Design
Hunt in the Hollow is a dark fantasy quest I designed for Project Moon, combining reactive combat, investigative gameplay, and puzzle driven exploration. The player uncovers the truth behind a string of brutal beast attacks using a custom clue tracking system, modular quest stages, and branching gameplay. It culminates in a dynamic werewolf boss fight with mechanical escalation of the fight, and a narrative twist that redefines the player’s understanding of the curse at the heart of the story

Set in a dystopian near future city, where chaos reigns during a state sanctioned purge, you play as a former soldier forced back into action when his son goes missing in the night’s carnage. With only your training, instincts, and a cast of different characters from your past, you must tear through the city’s criminal underworld, uncover a deeper conspiracy, and decide how far you’re willing to go for vengeance and redemption.
